How long does a real estate session take?
Yes! We photograph both. Before your session, we'll send a preparation guide to help ensure your home is ready for photos.
Do you photograph vacant and occupied homes?
We recommend decluttering countertops, opening blinds, turning on all lights, replacing burned-out bulbs, and removing personal items whenever possible. We'll send a complete checklist after booking.
How should I prepare my home?
Your professionally edited images are typically delivered within 24 hours, so your listing can hit the market quickly.
When will I receive my photos?
Absolutely! Your images are delivered in high resolution and web-ready formats, making them perfect for MLS, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Can I use the photos for MLS and social media?
Yes! We offer short-form walkthrough videos designed for social media and marketing. Contact us to learn about available video options and pricing.
Do you offer real estate video?
Yes! Travel is included within 30 miles. Additional travel fees may apply for properties outside that area.
Do you travel?
If weather affects the appearance of the property, we'll work with you to determine whether rescheduling is the best option to ensure your listing looks its best.
