The Wild Roots Senior Collective is our exclusive senior representative experience. Each year, we invite a limited number of seniors who love creating beautiful images, making new friends, and celebrating every milestone of senior year.

Once you've been invited to join the Senior Collective, you'll reserve your place by booking either the Classic or Signature Senior Session. Your selected collection becomes the foundation of your Senior Collective experience, and there is no additional fee to participate.
We'll send over your agreement, retainer invoice, and everything you need to officially begin your senior year with Wild Roots.

About the Senior Collective
Absolutely! Your senior portraits should tell your story. Whether it’s a sport, musical instrument, hobby, vehicle, pet, or something meaningful to you, we love incorporating the things that make you unique.
Can I include personal items or hobbies?
Your collection determines the number of outfit changes included. We'll help you plan outfits that create variety and reflect your personality.
How many outfits can I bring?
About Your Senior Session
Senior sessions are best photographed during the summer before senior year or early fall. Booking early provides the greatest flexibility for scheduling and allows plenty of time to enjoy your Senior Collective experience throughout the year.
When should we book our senior session?
We photograph throughout Brazoria County and the surrounding areas. We'll help you choose locations that reflect your personality and style. Travel outside our regular service area may require a travel fee.
Where do sessions take place?
Parents are always welcome to be part of your senior experience. Friends and siblings are welcome for select sessions as well. If you'd like individual portraits of friends, those can be added separately.
Can family members or friends join?
Yes! Flexible payment plans are available for the Senior Collective. A non-refundable retainer is due when you reserve your place, and the remaining balance is due by December 15 of your senior year. Payment plans are available to make budgeting easier and must be arranged at the time of booking.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Every Senior Collective member receives a complimentary cap and gown mini session. For seniors who are not part of the Collective, cap and gown sessions are available separately.
Do you offer cap and gown sessions?
Travel within 30 miles of Lake Jackson, Texas is included with your session. Locations beyond 30 miles or sessions requiring significant travel between multiple locations may require an additional travel fee. We'll always discuss any applicable fees with you before booking.
Do you charge travel fees?
Yes! Your online gallery includes access to professional-quality prints, wall art, albums, graduation announcements, and keepsakes designed to preserve your senior memories for years to come. Signature and Classic Collections each include a print credit, with the amount depending on your selected collection. Your print credit becomes available once your account has been paid in full. Families who choose to pay their collection in full at the time of booking will also receive an additional $50 print credit as our thank you.
Do you offer prints and products?
You'll receive your proofing gallery within a few days of your session. Once you've made your selections, your final edited gallery will be delivered within our standard turnaround time.
When will we receive our photos?
Applications open each January for the following graduating class. Because the Senior Collective is intentionally kept small, we carefully review each application before extending invitations.
How do I join the Senior Collective?
Seniors selected for the Collective agree that Wild Roots Photography will be their exclusive professional senior photographer throughout their senior year. This does not include yearbook photos, school portraits, sports, or other school-required photography.
Can I use another senior photographer?
Absolutely! We love creating sessions that are unique to you. If your vision includes locations that require significant travel or would be best photographed over two separate days, we'll be happy to customize your experience. Additional travel or split-day fees may apply depending on your selected collection and session plans.
Can I choose multiple or distant locations?
Because we intentionally keep the Senior Collective small, not every applicant will be selected each year.
Can anyone join?
The Wild Roots Senior Collective is our invitation-only senior portrait experience designed to celebrate your entire senior year. Members enjoy exclusive perks, styled group sessions, and special opportunities throughout the year in addition to their Signature or Classic Senior Session.
What is the Senior Collective?
No. There is no separate program fee. Seniors selected for the Collective reserve their place by booking either the Signature or Classic Senior Session.
Is there an additional fee to be part of the Senior Collective?
No. Styled group sessions and special events are offered throughout the year, but participation is always optional. Attend the experiences that fit your schedule.
Do I have to attend every group session?
No. We simply encourage members to naturally share their images and tag Wild Roots Photography when they do. There are no posting quotas, referral requirements, or sales expectations.
Do I have to post on social media?
The Signature and Classic Senior Sessions are the foundation of the Senior Collective experience. The Essential Senior Session and Mini Sessions are not eligible.
Which senior collections qualify?
Yes! One of the biggest benefits of the Wild Roots Senior Collective is that you never have to narrow down your favorites. Every Senior Collective session—including your Signature or Classic Senior Session, styled group sessions, and your complimentary cap and gown mini session—includes all of the edited images from that session at no additional charge. Because every session is unique, the total number of edited images will vary, but you'll never have to choose between your favorite moments.
Do I really get unlimited edited images?
