WHAT IS THE SENIOR COLLECTIVE?
The Senior Collective is Wild Roots Photography’s curated senior portrait experience, built into our senior offerings. Each year, a limited number of seniors are personally selected to be part of the Collective.
Once selected, seniors book one qualifying senior portrait session and receive exclusive perks throughout their senior year. This main senior session serves as the foundation of the Senior Collective experience. There is no separate program fee — Collective membership is a benefit extended to seniors who are a great fit for the experience.
THE DETAILS
1. Seniors are selected or invited to join the Senior Collective.
2. Once selected, they choose and book one qualifying senior session.
3. Collective perks apply all year long.
Senior Essential Sessions and Mini Sessions are not eligible for Collective membership.

Classic Senior Session – $395
Best for seniors who want variety and a relaxed, efficient experience.

Extended Senior Session – $495
Best for seniors who want more time, locations, and creative flexibility.
• Up to 2 hours
• Up to 3 nearby locations
• Unlimited outfit changes
• More time for creativity and flexibility
• Proofing gallery of lightly edited previews
• Unlimited edited image selections
• Online gallery and print release
• $150 print credit in our online print store
• $165 non-refundable retainer (applied towards total session fee)
SENIOR COLLECTIVE BOOKING & PAYMENT
Selection into the Senior Collective allows the senior to book one qualifying senior session, which serves as the foundation of the Collective experience.
WHAT IS DUE AT BOOKING?
• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the Senior Collective Membership
• The retainer applies toward the total session fee
REMAINING BALANCE
• The remaining balance is due by December 31 of the senior year
• Payment plans are available and must be selected at the time of booking
PAYMENT PLANS
• Payment plans divide the session total into equal installments
• All payment plans must be completed by December 31
• Images will not be delivered until the account is paid in full
There is no separate fee to join the Senior Collective.
Collective membership is included once the qualifying senior session is booked.
COLLECTIVE PERKS (All School Year Long)
• Unlimited edited image selections of the enrolled senior from all personal, event, and seasonal sessions
• Fifty percent off additional personal, event, and seasonal sessions after the main senior session
• Complimentary styled group sessions with no session fee, planned and styled by Wild Roots Photography
• One complimentary cap and gown mini session with unlimited image selections
• Priority booking and limited enrollment per graduating class
PERSONAL SESSIONS
Prom nights, seasonal portraits, and yes — best friend sessions too.
Personal sessions are relaxed sessions focused on the enrolled Senior Collective member and the moments that make senior year special.
Unlimited image selections apply to the enrolled senior. Shared images with friends are included.
Individual portraits of friends may be available for purchase upon request at $15 per image.
SHARING AND REPRESENTATION
The Senior Collective does function as a representative experience.
Members are encouraged to share their images naturally and authentically. Tagging and crediting Wild Roots Photography when posting is expected and appreciated.
There are no posting quotas, referral requirements, or sales expectations.
EXCLUSIVITY
By accepting membership in the Senior Collective, seniors and their parents or guardians agree that Wild Roots Photography will be the exclusive professional photographer for senior portraits during the senior year.
This does not include yearbook photos, school portraits, sports team photos, or other school-required photography.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Unlimited images do not mean unlimited time. All sessions remain structured and guided.
Travel and split-day add-ons apply for Houston locations or sessions split across multiple days.
