When Ashley and I met in 2022, none of us could have imagined where life would take us. What started as a friendship between two homeschooling moms grew into a photography business we love, and along the way, Josh and Ari got to know each other too.

Over the past few years, they’ve shared countless memories, performed around our community as Josh & Ari, encouraged one another, and celebrated many milestones together. Watching their friendship grow into something more has been a joy to witness.

Now they’re both celebrating one of the biggest milestones yet—graduation.

Ari will be attending Texas State University as she pursues her dream of becoming a nurse. Josh is continuing to pursue his passion for music and guitar as he begins the next chapter of his journey.

As homeschooling moms and photographers, this session means more than we can put into words. We’ve watched these two work hard, grow in confidence, and become compassionate, talented young adults.

Looking through these images, we’re reminded just how quickly the years have gone by. It feels like yesterday we were meeting for the first time, and now we’re photographing their senior portraits.

We couldn’t be prouder of everything they’ve accomplished—not only academically and musically, but in the people they’ve become. We know God has incredible plans ahead for each of them, and we can’t wait to watch them continue to grow, pursue their dreams, and make a difference wherever life leads.

Being able to photograph this milestone together, not only as photographers but as moms, is a memory we’ll treasure forever.
