Best for: Couples who want their full wedding story documented, from getting ready through the final dance. Perfect for larger celebrations, multiple locations, and couples who want every meaningful moment preserved.
To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and a non-refundable 25% retainer are required. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding day.

Engagement Sessions
Select wedding collections include a complimentary engagement session. While the session is not required, it is a special part of the experience we’ve designed for our couples and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied toward other offerings.

An 8.25% sales tax will be added to all collections and applicable products. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of 30 miles. Ask for details.

We would love to hear about your wedding plans! Fill out our inquiry form with whatever details you have so far, whether that’s your date, venue, or simply the vision you’re dreaming about for your day.
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll reach out with availability, answer any questions you may have, and make sure we’re the right fit for your wedding.
To officially reserve your date, we’ll complete a contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer. Once your date is secured, we’ll begin planning together and counting down to your wedding day!
When will we receive our photos?
We know how excited you’ll be to relive your wedding day, and we can’t wait for you to see your images! You’ll receive a sneak peek shortly after your wedding, with your full gallery delivered within 6 to 8 weeks for 4 hour collections and 8 to 12 weeks for 8 and 10 hour collections.
Your private online gallery will include your fully edited, high-resolution images that you can easily download, share with family and friends, and use to order professional prints, albums, and artwork.
We take great care in preparing each image so your final gallery reflects the emotions, details, and moments that made your day uniquely yours.
Can we print the photos ourselves?
Absolutely! Your gallery includes a personal print release, so you’re welcome to print and share your images however you’d like.
We do recommend ordering professional prints and artwork through your gallery because we work with trusted professional labs that are carefully calibrated for quality, color, and longevity. This helps ensure your printed memories look as beautiful as they do on screen.
If you choose to print elsewhere, we’re always happy to offer guidance and help you choose the best options for preserving your images.
When do you charge travel fees?
We love traveling to capture your love story! Travel fees may apply for weddings outside our included service area and are based on the location and distance from our home base in Lake Jackson, Texas.
If you’re planning a wedding somewhere new or a destination celebration, we would love to hear about it. Reach out with your plans, and we’ll create a custom quote based on your location.
How many photos are typically included?
Every wedding day is unique, so the number of final images varies depending on your coverage, timeline, and all the moments that naturally unfold throughout your day.
On average, you can expect approximately 50 to 100 fully edited, high-resolution images per hour of coverage, telling the complete story of your celebration, from the quiet moments before the ceremony to the joy, laughter, and emotions shared with the people you love most.
While we provide this range as a guide, we’ll admit… we have a hard time letting go of the good ones. You may find a few extra favorites tucked into your gallery because we believe your memories are worth keeping.
Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can easily download, share with family and friends, and enjoy your memories for years to come. We also make it simple to order professional prints, albums, and artwork whenever you’re ready to turn your favorite moments into keepsakes.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Yes! Every Wild Roots wedding collection includes two photographers.
Having two photographers allows us to capture your day from multiple perspectives and preserve moments that happen simultaneously. While one of us is with you, the other may be capturing your partner getting ready, your family’s reactions, the details you carefully planned, or the little moments happening in between.
Together, we’re able to tell a more complete story of your wedding day, capturing not only the moments you see, but the ones you may have missed.
What happens if you get sick or have an emergency?
We take the responsibility of photographing your wedding day very seriously. While emergencies are rare, we understand that unexpected situations can happen.
Because every Wild Roots collection includes two photographers, if one of us is unable to attend, the other will still be there to capture your day. In the rare event that neither of us can be there, we will do our best to find a trusted replacement photographer. If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your retainer, as outlined in your contract.
Our goal is always to make sure you feel supported, confident, and cared for throughout the entire experience.
